She often opens the class with inspirational words, some food for thought before we ease into a ​little mindful meditation.


From there, we do a yin or a yang style yoga session; but no matter what I always leave feeling ​stronger and like my happy meter has been filled.


Before and after class, Caitlin is always open to sharing personalized recommendations. I’ll often ​ask her about pelvic and core strengthening poses due to my current pregnancy. During class, she ​takes into account how I can modify poses to accommodate the baby such as suggesting a puppy ​pose instead of cobra so that I don’t squish my little one.
