She often opens the class with inspirational words, some food for thought before we ​ease into a little mindful meditation.


From there, we do a yin or a yang style yoga session; but no matter what I always leave ​feeling stronger and like my happy meter has been filled.


Before and after class, Caitlin is always open to sharing personalized ​recommendations. I’ll often ask her about pelvic and core strengthening poses due to ​my current pregnancy. During class, she takes into account how I can modify poses to ​accommodate the baby such as suggesting a puppy pose instead of cobra so that I don’t ​squish my little one.
