From there, we do a yin or a yang style yoga session; but no matter what I always leave feeling stronger and like my happy meter has been filled.
Before and after class, Caitlin is always open to sharing personalized recommendations. I’ll often ask her about pelvic and core strengthening poses due to my current pregnancy. During class, she takes into account how I can modify poses to accommodate the baby such as suggesting a puppy pose instead of cobra so that I don’t squish my little one.
